  • What if I need more time than the days included?

    Each day over the rental period is subject to additional fees. Please contact our office or see our bin rental rates. We realize some clients will need longer than the days rented. Therefore, we ask that all clients contact our office to arrange for removal. The bin will not automatically be picked up after the period rented.

  • What are the delivery and pick up times?

    Delivery and pick-ups times are between 7am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee an exact time but if you call our office, you will be given an approximate time. Please make sure the bin is not blocked on the scheduled pick up date and please make sure the bin doors are closed and properly latched.

  • I do not have a driveway. Can the bin be placed on the road or on my lawn?

    You will require a permit to place the bin on the road from your local by-law office. We can place the bin on the lawn but any damages will at your expense. The trucks are heavy and may cause ruts.

  • How can I pay for the service?

    The preferred methods of payment are e-transfer and credit card. We do accept cash. However, we will need a cash deposit when the bin is dropped off. Once the bin is picked up and dumped we will reconcile the fees and either advise you of further charges or issue you a refund within 7 business days.

  • What if I have a mixed load?

    We provide bins with two separate compartments for you to dispose of your waste. Multiple combinations are possible. Please call or email for details.

  • What if I need stone, gravel, sand, etc. delivered?
